What is wellness and healthy food (the state of being healthy)!

 What is Wellness?

Wellness is a state of being that goes beyond simply being healthy. It's about feeling good, both physically and mentally, in order to achieve optimal health.
Wellness encompasses many components: physical activity; good nutrition; mental stimulation; positive relationships with others; spirituality/religion/meditation; restful sleep; and time for relaxation or play.
The benefits of wellness include improved energy levels, better concentration at work or school (or on the job), reduced risk of disease such as high blood pressure or diabetes--even lower stress levels!
How to Achieve Wellness

To achieve wellness, you must first understand what it is and how to get there. Wellness is a state in which you feel good about yourself and your life. It includes physical, emotional and spiritual health as well as balance in all areas of your life. Wellness can be achieved through the following: 
 Physical activity - Regular exercise helps strengthen muscles and bones while also improving cardiovascular health and reducing stress levels.  
  Healthy eating habits - Eating healthy foods that are low in fat helps maintain a healthy weight as well as lower cholesterol levels (which reduces risk for heart disease). It's also important to drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you stay hydrated! 
 Stress management - Learning how to manage stressful situations will help prevent them from negatively affecting other areas of your life such as work performance or relationships with friends/family members.
Tips for Achieving Wellness

Get enough sleep. Sleep is a crucial part of wellness, and you should aim to get at least seven hours every night. If you're having trouble sleeping, try taking a warm bath before bed or listening to white noise through headphones (the sound of rain or waves can help).
 Incorporate mindfulness into your day. Mindfulness is about being present in the moment--it's about being aware of what's going on around you without judging it or getting distracted by other thoughts or feelings that might arise during the day. You can practice mindfulness by taking time each day for quiet reflection, meditating regularly (even if just for five minutes), practicing yoga or tai chi (these activities will also help keep your body healthy), eating mindfully so that you enjoy every bite of food rather than shoveling it down quickly because it tastes good but leaves no room for enjoyment afterwards...the list goes on!

This means if you rely on these devices for calorie counting purposes (which many people do), then the information provided may not be accurate enough for making healthy choices about what foods or drinks you consume throughout the day.
 Additionally, some wellness technologies may pose other risks as well:
 Some devices contain small amounts of lead which could potentially leach into food during cooking processes if they're used improperly;
 There's also concern over how much radiation is emitted from cell phones when using them near one's head regularly;
